New Years Day Fun Fly Photos
This is to add to Mark Sullivan's post with some photos. And here they are:
I wasn't able to photograph all the flying. I missed Mark Seimen flying a variety of planes including a tiny F-86 ducted fan jet. And he took it off from our not too smooth runway and in the high wind too!!! I also should have taken pictures of our great food spread. We had some good eats that were provided by many.

New Years Day fun fly event for 2014
Although the winds turned out to be quite daunting there were numerous pilots that got in at least one if not several flights today during the Fremont County Radio Control Club's 3rd annual "Nitro-Chili-Burn" fun fly event on New Year's Day, January 1st, 2014.
The event "officially" got underway at the posted scheduled time of 11AM MST at our field located on the Fremont County Airport property, but several pilots and family members and their friends started out arriving early and helping to get things set up for the event.
We put out the chili and all the fixin's for everyone to enjoy eating and I think it was a good successful day when you head back home with almost no leftover chili or fixin's.
I'll post pictures and a video sometime later on to the blog here once I get it downloaded, converted and edited and will let everyone know when I get those things done later on.
Happy New Year to each and every one of our flying brothers and sisters.
Pic's coming soon,
Mark
