Had a really great time at the Flying Giants Huck Fest held in Colorado for it's very first time last weekend at the Arvada Airpark flying club facility. The event needs a bit of polishing yet, but overall it was considered a great success!!!
I ended up winning the grand prize in the events fundraising raffle that was held in conjunction with the event too!!!
I was sitting there at the table in their pavilion looking at all of my non winning tickets when suddenly my name was called out.....I was like "Wait, I lost some of my tickets and don't have the matching half to go along with the one that was drawn".....well if anyone knows me, they also know that my handwriting is almost illegible once the ink dries and it very unmistakably mine.....plus the phone number matched too....LOL
I thought I was still sleeping and dreaming that I'd won.....someone please pinch me!!!
Now comes the exciting part......finding what will work with my winnings....LOLOL
