Flying Report for Saturday

An excellent day for flying today. Comfortable temps and mild winds. It doesn't get much better that today. We had a good turnout of flyers.

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY
from left to right:
Ken Conway's GP Big Stick 60, My Durafly Das Ugly Stik, and Ed Vincent's Large Yellow Stick
How often do three Sticks show up on the flight line? Today we had three, and they all flew quite well.

The progression of Larry Shivers in his training and learning is going quite well. He demonstrated his flying skills and appears to have moved beyond the "buddy box" stage.

I got the opportunity to get in a few flights with my Stinger II. I really enjoy flying it and the OS 55AX is a great power plant for it. It also conveniently fits into my car without having to remove its wing.
